Beker's Motorcycle Tours had a fantastic weekend at the 22nd national H.O.G, (Harley Owners Group) Rally held in Dunedin, New Zealand. We met some fantastic fellow H.O.G members and had an absolutely brilliant time!
Both Donna and Graham have been involved with the "Harley Owners Group" in New Zealand since it's inception many years ago. During this time they have made life long friends and shared great times on the road with fellow H.O.G members.
The 22nd National Rally weekend was a great opportunity to catch up with old buddies, meet new friends and share their passion for riding in Europe!
Also he got to make an announcement regarding something very, very special happening in Rome, Italy next year.
Okay, because it is Donna and Grahams 30th anniversary in H.O.G, and at the same time, the 110th anniversary of Harley Davidson, we at Bekers MCT think let's go and celebrate! So...

This tour is a one-off anniversary ride and will be an unforgettable experience! Places are strictly limited.
Along the way, ride some of the best cruising roads Europe has to offer, join up with other Harley riders and "Thunder Ride" to one of the largest motorcycle events on the European calendar.
On all of our tours we provide a back-up Van to carry your luggage, (and shopping), so that you can enjoy the open road without having to carry everything on the bike.
Your nightly stays are all in quality, high end Hotels. This means you get to enjoy the ride , rather than worrying about where you are going to try and spend the night.

The "Great Kiwi Alps Tour" 2012 Arrive 5th July 2012 - Depart 23 July 2012
Our signature Tour.
This Tour runs annually during the months of June/July and is timed to beat the beginning of the Alps holiday season. This ensures that the roads and passes are not too busy and the weather is relatively settled with warmer temperatures. However being an alpine environment the weather can be changeable so we recommend you carry a set of wet weather gear just in case.
Based on our own experience of tours in the Alps, we have found that this "Just Right" timeframe maximizes the fun and enjoyment of the Alps touring experience without hoards of European holiday makers getting in the way!
Pricing: Great Kiwi Alps Tour 2012, 18 nights, 16 riding days.
Price per couple on one BMW motorcycle:
All sizes up to R1200R or R1200GS = € 8,600* (can be paid in NZ Dollars on exchange rate of the day).
All larger BMW's (i.e.RT1200, K bike series) Extra € 250*.
Price for single rider with own room:

Our Annual Greece Tour, the Great Kiwi Greek Odyssey will run in May 2013
Exclusive Harley Davidson Alps Tour, 2013
This tour would be the same format as our 'Great Kiwi Alps Tour', with changes to the riding routes to better suit the larger touring bikes.
We see heaps of Harleys and cruisers in the Alps now,(although these are mostly locals on their own bikes) and am sure we can find a lovely mixture of rideable valley roads, and manageable mountain passes for our Harley enthusiasts to enjoy.

French and Swiss Alps Tour, 2013
This one is going to form from friends and customers requests, although we have been to France many times over the last 34 years we seem to have forgotten the wonderful roads, Alpine passes, and quaint medieval villages that France has to offer, luckily several riding friends, and new fellow Alps explorer's have hammered this home to us.
The French, Swiss Alps tour would be a wonderful addition too our Great Kiwi Alps and Greek tours.
